Natalia works in CPD as a public policy analyst, gender expert, and program director. Natalia has been involved in developing more than 15 policy analysis from gender and human rights perspective in sectors like: labor market, education, health, social protection, sports, decision making, infrastructure. Natalia is also a trainer and consultant on gender equality mainstreaming and gender budgeting and provides support for gender focal points of line ministries and other public authorities on these topics. Natalia supports line ministries in piloting gender sensitive budgeting in their programs. Natalia is also involved in capacity building of CSOs, Youth Centers, public institutions and education institutions to improve their institutional capacities in such areas as: strategic planning and RBM, strategic management, monitoring and evaluation, mainstreaming gender equality and inclusion perspective in current programs etc. Also, Natalia provides consultancy for national and local CSOs and initiative groups representing marginalized women and men to participate in decision-making process, raise human rights awareness, promote activism and mobilization. Natalia has been involved in capacity building of civil society advocacy groups and local organizations (youth, women, elderly, Roma and disabled) working to ensure inclusive policies and inclusive labor market at the local level.
